Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are not physicians and therefore are unqualified to provide you with a diagnosis advice. They can of course point you to relevant articles, answer “product specific” questions and assist you in navigating our website.

Welcome to our Help Desk, it’s here to assist you to easily and efficiently communicate with our different departments about order related issues, including delivery issues as well as refund requests.

For non-order related feedback, or questions about our products, please use our online CSR chat/email application located on the top right of your screen.

We have streamlined our system such that all order related matters are process via our automated ticketing system. All your order related information is encrypted using 256 bit encryption – the highest level of encryption available. Further note, we do no store or access any of your credit card data, this is processed directly by our credit card processing partners such as Authorize.net & PayPal.

Customer’s feedback are all replied to within 48 hours, unless a holiday or weekend. Don’t forget we also accept compliments :).
