ONLINE RETAILING EMBARGO STATEMENT: By registering to become a retailer of No/Snak!® you agree to NEVER sell any product manufactured by/for COORGA Nutraceuticals Corporation on your own website or one under your control. You further agree not to sell any product manufactured by/for COORGA Nutraceuticals Corporation to any third party(s) who intends to retail them on the Internet without the expressed written consent of COORGA Nutraceuticals Corporation. Failure to abide by this embargo may result in the discontinuation of your approval to distribute No/Snak!®
COORGA Nutraceuticals is actively recruiting retailers in North America to sell No/Snak!® in their physical stores. This opportunity is also extended to Doctors and similar professionals who have a large client base looking to manage their weight. To become apply to become a retailers simply Wholesale purchases are not covered by our product guarantee and ALL sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. Minimum purchase is 60 units (boxes). We strongly recommend that before applying to become a retailer that you first become a client and use No/Snak!® for at least 3 – 6 months to be satisfied that it will deliver the results your customers will demand.
Please note, as a retailer of No/Snak!®, you are only authorized to sell No/Snak!® to physical in-person customers at your premises. You are not allow to engage in remote selling of No/Snak!® via either the telephone, physical mail or the Internet. From time to time COORGA will employ mystery shoppers to make sure that all Registered Retailers are abiding by this requirement. Retailers who are found violating the requirement will be immediately removed as an approved retailer and will no longer be able to purchase directly from COORGA Nutraceuticals Corporation.
